By using this platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Please read them in full before you start playing.
This agreement is a legally binding contract between q7mm and players (referred to here as "users") who use the q7mm platform and all its services. By registering an account, making a deposit, playing, or accessing any service on this platform, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
q7mm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, regarding any changes to its services or platform. Continuing to play after any amendment means you accept the revised terms. Please check this page regularly.
1 Account Registration and Eligibility
Age Requirement
To register an account and play at q7mm, you must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone found to be under the eligible age will have their account closed with short notice and any remaining balance will not be paid out.
One Account Per Person
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts opened with the same details (name, phone number, or payment account) may be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Accurate Information
Information provided during registration must be accurate. If any inaccuracies are found, q7mm has the right to carry out a verification check. No withdrawals will be permitted from an account that was registered with incorrect information.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You are solely responsible for all actions taken from your account. Any suspicious access must be reported to the q7mm security team immediately.
2 Deposit / Withdrawal Procedures
Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
At q7mm, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 10,000 Ks. All deposits are processed on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Once your request is confirmed, the transfer is processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the original deposit to prevent financial fraud.
Financial Verification
Under its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, q7mm reserves the right to review deposit/withdrawal records at any time and to verify a user's personal information and source of funds. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during this review.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for losses caused by a technical error on the platform's side during gameplay. Losses resulting from a player's own betting strategy will not be refunded.
3 Bonuses and Wagering Requirements
First Deposit Bonus
On your first deposit at q7mm, you will receive a bonus equal to 100% of your deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks.
Wagering Requirement (15x Bonus)
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount received. For example — if you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 920,000 Ks, and you must wager 300,000 × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
General Bonus Restrictions
- Each bonus can only be claimed once — you cannot claim it again by opening multiple accounts.
- If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement after receiving a bonus, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
- Regardless of the payment method used to receive a bonus, you must check the eligible game types and restrictions in the terms of the bonus offer.
- q7mm may suspend or modify any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Levels and Cashback
The q7mm VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you progress from Bronze to Diamond, your weekly cashback rate increases from 0.3% up to 1.5%. Cashback for each level is credited to your account every Friday.
4 Prohibited Conduct
Fraud and Opposing-Side Play
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the q7mm platform—
- Intentionally exploiting bonuses to hedge bets or launder money
- Arbitrage — simultaneously placing opposing bets to exploit bonuses
- Using bots, auto-click software, or any non-human method to play
- Opening an account under another person's identity to claim additional bonuses
- Opening more than one account to stack bonuses (multi-accounting)
Ineligible Players
Players whose access to q7mm's services is prohibited under the laws or regulations of their country may not use the platform. Players are solely responsible for checking the legal requirements of their own region, and q7mm accepts no legal liability in this regard.
Consequences of Violations
If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, q7mm may —
- Immediately close the account
- Forfeit all bonus funds
- Report the case to the relevant authorities
- Take legal action
5 Account Closure and Suspension
Closure by Player
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance will be paid out within the set timeframe after verification checks are complete.
Suspension / Closure by q7mm
If q7mm receives a complaint, detects suspicious activity, or finds a breach of these terms, the account may be temporarily suspended while under review. A decision will be made once the review is complete. The player will be notified throughout the process.
Self-Exclusion

6 Intellectual Property and Privacy

Player Responsibility
It is the player's own responsibility to check whether using this service complies with the laws of their region or country. q7mm does not accept responsibility for any legal matters arising from the use of q7mm's services.
8 Dispute Resolution
First Point of Contact
If any dispute arises between a player and q7mm, the player must first attempt to resolve it through q7mm's 24/7 Live Chat. If no resolution is reached, a complaint can be submitted to [email protected].
Final Decision
The decision made by q7mm's senior management team shall be considered final in resolving any dispute between the player and q7mm.
